  • I recently got my driver's license in Chiba. Transferring my American license required me to take a road test. The first 3 times I drove the course I didn't lose a single point and was still failed. Later someone told me that only the extremely cute girls pass the first time. The first time I went to take the test, one of the officers mumbled something that I wasn't able to understand. When I smiled and asked what that meant the other officer laughed loudly and said, "Your wang isn't big enough for that bike!"
